Fisher Price My First Post

Okay kids - this is my official first post on my new blog and it rules balls. Basically this is my way of keeping you all up to date with stuff like advancements in Customer Service protocol, new cool stuff I find, bands books an ting.

To start things off here are me two favourite e-mails that I have received during my past 5 months of customer service (actually my favourite was from some woman in Fresno who mailed me a bunch of pictures of her and Rob Halford and said that she melted when she heard my voice - but I lost it)

youre a real load of ball lickers! i was willing to purchase one of your
fly-ass tshirts, the one that says "will breakdance for money" MOTHERFUCKER.
but now you seem to have changed the colour; from light blue with white
trim, to dark blue. i am no longer willing to buy this tshirt because the
colour is shit. now the colour is shit so i am no longer willing to buy it,
so thats 14 quid of my hard earned that you aint never gonna see.

i respect you, and aspire to be more like you, however your shirt now
officially sucks therefore i will not buy it. im not a crazed lunatic or
anything, i just think that t-shirt standards need to be raised.
